These Terms & Conditions apply to services offered under Your Next Door Trainer (YNDT) / Adhyant Consultancy Services, owned by Amrita Riar.

1. Services Covered

• Corporate Training (B2B) – conducted offline; this website is only used for booking clarity calls.

• 1:1 Coaching – scheduled offline after clarity calls; mutual discussion decides timing and structure.

• Group Workshops – open to the public, bookable and payable directly through this website.

2. Payments

• For corporate and 1:1 services: payment terms are defined in separate contracts.

• For group workshops: full payment is required at the time of registration. GST (GSTIN: 29CAEPR1109M1ZF) is applied as per Indian tax laws.

3. Workshop Policies

• YNDT reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshops. If this occurs, participants may request a full refund or transfer to another date.

• Respectful participation is expected. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

• All materials, content, and resources provided during workshops or coaching are proprietary to YNDT. They cannot be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• YNDT is not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the application of workshop learnings. Participants are responsible for how they apply the content.

6. Updates

• YNDT reserves the right to modify these Terms. Updates will be posted on www.yndt.info.
