Reschedule, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Corporate Training (B2B) & 1:1 Coaching

These services are arranged offline through clarity calls and mutual agreements.

Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations are handled directly between the coach (Amrita Riar) and the client/organization.

Payment terms and cancellation/refund policies are governed by separate signed contracts with the client.
Group Workshops (open/public, booked online)

Rescheduling: You may request to transfer your seat to a later date of the same workshop (if available) by writing to contact.yndt@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the workshop.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made up until 24 hours before the workshop → 100% refund (minus any payment gateway charges).

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop → No refund, but you may nominate a substitute participant to attend in your place.

No Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend without notice are considered “no shows.” No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
